Kathleen's real estate and property management experience spans the last 25 years starting as a leasing agent in Dallas, Texas in the mid-1980's.  A significant portion of that experience was working with Trammel Crow and Southwest Savings and Loan in Dallas, Texas.  Kathleen has managed everything from single family rental homes, to large apartment complexes of more than 450 units, to commercial highrises in downtown Dallas, Texas.   Her last position at Southwest Savings & Loan was in a statewide receivership capacity, foreclosing on and managing commercial assets of the Savings and Loan in the Texas region.  Kathleen and Bill's love of the outdoors and adventure of life brought them to Oregon in 1990.  For the next decade, Kathleen worked as a paralegal in Oregon with the area's top attorneys.  In 1999, Kathleen obtained her real estate license.  As a consistent high achiever, Kathleen earned numerous awards and was a consistent Top Producer at local brokerages and in 2004 opened a full service real estate brokerage that handled both sales and management called Leppert & Associates Realty.  After closing that office and moving their sales agents to another brokerage in town, Kathleen and Bill opened Mountain Oasis Properties in the Fall of 2008.   As Kathleen has expressed to her many friends and loyal clientele, everything she has done in her professional life has led her to this place at this moment in time and she is excited to be able to provide the extensive skills, education and expertise to her clientele and community that she has accumulated over the last 25 years.
